The 22th issue of the "Newsletter of Environmental, Disaster, and Crisis Management Strategies", published under the auspices of the Postgraduate Program "Environmental, Disaster and Crisis Management Strategies" of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, is the result of a constructive cooperation and exchange of knowledge between geologists, seismologists, physicists, geographers, and civil engineers of the country. Driven by scientific excellence and excellent quality, they followed with various methods and approaches the seismic sequence at the beginning of March in the northeastern part of the Thessalian plainand its accompanying effects, resulting in mapping and interpreting the phenomena. The seismic sequence includes the main earthquake on March 3 with magnitude Mw=6.3 and the earthquake of magnitude Mw=6.1 on March 4, which struck the same area.

The 30th Issue of the “Newsletter of Environmental, Disaster, and Crises Management Strategies”, published by the Postgraduate Program "Environmental, Disaster and Crisis Management Strategies" of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens summarizes the first scientific data from the "Daniel" storm, that hit Thessaly Region on multilple levels in September 2023.
